Record Date

OM Infra has set September 4, 2026, as the Record Date to determine shareholder eligibility for a dividend payout for FY26, pending approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12, 2026. Shares held as of this date will qualify for the dividend, which will be paid on or before October 11, 2026. September 4, 2026, also serves as the cut-off date for remote e-voting for the AGM.
