IST Limited's board, following a review by its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has re-appointed Mr. Suresh Chand Jain as Whole-time Director for a two-year term, subject to shareholder approval, with a revised remuneration of 2.4 Cr per month.

Concurrently, the company appointed Mr. Vikas Kumar Naredi as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) following the retirement of the previous CFO.

Mr. Naredi, a Chartered Accountant with 15 years of finance experience and formerly Dy.

General Manager (Finance & Accounts) internally, steps into this vital leadership role, ensuring strategic financial oversight.
