Sri Amarnath Finance Limited's board recently approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30. The company posted income from operations of 1.34 Cr and a net profit of 0.55 Cr, resulting in Basic EPS of 0.55. The board also put forth for shareholder approval the re-appointment of M/s. Rajender Kumar Singal & Associates LLP as current statutory auditors for another five-year term.
