Orbit Exports has completed its buyback offer via a tender offer, repurchasing and extinguishing 8,90,822 equity shares at ₹ 250 per share, totaling ₹ 22.27 Cr.

This extinguishment, completed on August 10, 2026, reduces the company's total outstanding shares from 2.65 Cr to 2.56 Cr.

Consequently, the promoter and promoter group's shareholding has increased from 66.05% to 68.35%, reflecting a more consolidated ownership.
