For the AGM, the company has set Tuesday, September 22, 2026, as the record date for eligibility for the final dividend.

Consequently, the company's share transfer books will be closed from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026, inclusive, to facilitate the AGM proceedings.
