The company accepted the resignation of Mr. Swapnil Sharad Shimpi as Whole-Time Director and CFO due to other professional commitments.

Simultaneously, Mr. Jileshkumar Lagdhirbhai Desai was appointed as the new Whole-Time Director and CFO for a three-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Desai brings a Bachelor of Science degree and five years of experience in sales and construction, aiming to provide fresh expertise in these key leadership roles.
