Himalaya Food International Limited (HFIL) has appointed M/s Himanshu and Co., a Company Secretary Firm, as its Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from 2026-27 to 2030-31. This firm, led by Mr. Himanshu Bhatia, brings over 5 years of experience and specializes in listed company compliances, corporate funding, and NCLT hearings.
