Tierra Agrotech's Board has approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter.

Standalone total income was 52.78 Cr, resulting in a loss of 2.15 Cr.

Consolidated total income reached 66.14 Cr, reporting a profit of 3.40 Cr.

The Board also appointed Mrs. Jonnada Vaghira Kumari as an Additional Independent Director for five years.

She brings over 12 years of expertise in corporate laws, capital markets, and governance, including founding a Women Entrepreneurs Society, aiming to strengthen governance and strategic oversight.
