Maruti Interior Products Limited has announced a delay in submitting its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June.

The company attributes this to the non-finalisation of financial statements from its foreign subsidiary.

Finalizing the foreign subsidiary's accounts, which are essential for the company's consolidated results, has taken longer than anticipated due to accounting and reconciliation challenges.

The company is actively coordinating with the subsidiary's management and auditors to expedite the process and plans to submit the results once finalized and approved by the Board.
