The company announced the resignation of M/s. Om Prakash S. Chaplot & Co. as Statutory Auditors due to personal reasons.

Mantri & Associates were appointed as new Statutory Auditors to fill this vacancy, subject to shareholder approval until the next Annual General Meeting.

Additionally, Mr. Kirit R Mehta was appointed as the Internal Auditor for a three-year term.
