Spenta International's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June, reporting revenue from operations at 9.90 Cr and a profit for the period of 0.82 Cr.

The board also finalized the Directors Report and Annual Report for FY 2025-2026 and decided to convene the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through virtual means.

Key personnel changes include the re-appointment of Mr. Danny Firoze Hansotia as Managing Director and Mr. Dilip Ramdas Pawar as an Independent Director.

Additionally, Mrs. Payal Bohra was appointed Company Secretary, and Mr. Anil Krushnadas Parekh as an Executive Director.
