Dhenu Buildcon Infra's Board has approved the appointment of Ms. Rekhaben Sanjay Bhanushali and Mr. Asutosh Arun Sahu as Non-Executive Independent Directors.

Both are appointed for a five-year term, effective from August 14, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the 118th Annual General Meeting.

Ms. Bhanushali brings finance and marketing insights, while Mr. Sahu, an MBA in Finance, offers strong accounting and financial reporting expertise.

These appointments are set to enhance the Board's strategic capabilities and oversight functions.
