Shri Keshav Cements and Infra Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company posted a total income from operations of 47.09 Cr.

However, it recorded a net loss after tax of 5.17 Cr, leading to a basic and diluted Earnings Per Share of (2.95). Despite the quarterly loss, the company noted annual sales increased by over 15.92% and dispatches by 13.48% year-on-year, indicating broader operational growth.

These financial outcomes were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors.
