Lakshmi Electrical Control Systems has informed shareholders about a special window for transferring physical share certificates.

This one-year window, open until February 4, 2027, allows submissions for transfer deeds executed prior to April 1, 2019, that were previously unsubmitted or rejected.

This is a crucial opportunity for eligible shareholders holding physical shares to dematerialize their holdings, as transfers during this period will only be processed in dematerialised form.

Shareholders should submit the necessary documents to the company's registrar.
