Bhagawati Oxygen Limited has disclosed its financial results for the quarter.

This quarter saw a net loss of 0.33 crore, a notable deterioration compared to a profit of 3.28 crore in the preceding quarter and a wider loss than the 0.03 crore loss in the same quarter last year.

The basic earnings per share consequently moved to negative 1.42 rupees.

The company's equity share capital stands at 2.31 crore, with reserves at 4.94 crore.
