Frontier Capital Limited has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted virtually via video conferencing or other audio-visual means.

The meeting is being held to transact the ordinary business outlined in the AGM notice.

The annual report for the financial year 2025-26 will be distributed electronically to eligible members, and a remote e-voting facility will be available for resolutions.

Member attendance through virtual channels will be counted towards the quorum.
