Shareholders whose transfer requests for physical shares, lodged before March 31, 2023, were returned due to insufficient documentation (e.g., missing PAN, nomination, or KYC details), can now re-submit these requests.

Affected shareholders must provide all necessary documents to the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent or the company's registered office.

Shares for which requests are not re-lodged by September 30, 2024, will be moved to a suspense escrow account.
