Kings Infra Ventures Limited's Debenture Committee has allotted 2,600 unlisted secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) through a private placement.

Each debenture has a face value of Rs. 1,000, resulting in a total fundraising of Rs. 0.26 Cr.

This initiative provides the company with additional capital, which can be strategically deployed to bolster its operational capabilities or finance future expansion plans, ultimately supporting its business growth and stability.
