AARTI PHARMALABS has set Tuesday, September 15, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of ₹2.00 per equity share for FY 2025-26. This dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on September 22, 2026, will be paid to eligible investors whose names appear on the company's records as of the Record Date, on or before October 20, 2026.
