Aditya Spinners Limited's members have approved the re-appointment of Sri K Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from 9th November 2026. This decision, which followed input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Board, aims to strengthen the company's Board.

Sri Reddy is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 40 years of experience, and his continued tenure adds valuable expertise to the leadership team.

He also serves as an Independent Director and committee chairman at Sri Chakra Cement Limited.
