The Cochin Malabar Estates And Industries Limited will hold its 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 11:30 AM (IST). The Annual Report for 2025-26 and AGM notice will be sent electronically to registered shareholders.

Shareholders without registered emails will receive a physical communication containing weblinks to access the Annual Report.

All documents will also be available on the company website, stock exchange, and e-voting portal.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 19 to September 25, 2026 (inclusive) for the AGM.

The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 18, 2026.
