HB Estate Developers has released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26. Shareholders can access the report and the Notice for the 32nd Annual General Meeting, which will be held on September 9, 2026, at 12:00 noon (IST) via video conferencing, through the company's website.

The company also reminds shareholders with physical holdings to update their KYC details, including PAN, address, mobile number, bank account, and signature, and to register their email.

Un-updated physical folios will only receive payments like dividends electronically from April 1, 2024, after KYC is complete.

Shareholders are encouraged to dematerialize their shares.
