The company's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter.

The Board also put forward Mr. Ramjan Kadar Shaikh for re-appointment as a director, as he retires by rotation, and approved his re-appointment as Whole-time Director for a second term, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Key AGM preparations include approving the Director's Report, setting the book closure period for member registers, appointing a scrutinizer for e-voting, and scheduling the virtual AGM.

A new Internal Auditor was also appointed for the current financial year.
