Aryaman Financial Services has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 11:30 AM through video conference.

Shareholders can participate and vote electronically.

The e-voting window opens on Monday, September 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM and closes on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is Friday, September 4, 2026. Share transfer books will be closed from September 4 to September 10, 2026, for the AGM.
