Ventura Guaranty Limited’s material subsidiary, Ventura Securities Limited, has approved the appointment of M/s. G. K. Choksi & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors.

This decision by the Board addresses a casual vacancy created by the resignation of M/s. M S K A & Associates LLP.

The appointed firm will serve a five-year term, pending shareholder approval at the subsidiary's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
