KIC Metaliks has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting for August 25, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.

Key items for shareholder approval include adopting the financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointing Mr. Mukesh Bengani as a Director and Mrs. Ishita Bose as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

The company also seeks approval for a revised remuneration of approximately ₹1.94 lakh per month for Mr. Mukesh Bengani, recognizing his leadership and contributions.

Additionally, shareholders will vote on a material related party transaction with Bengal Energy Limited, valued up to ₹500 crore for FY 2026-27, aimed at enhancing operational synergies.

The remuneration of ₹40,000 for Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 will also be ratified.
