Aanjaay Industries Limited has reconstituted its Board of Directors and key committees.

The Board now comprises Nanjappan Aravind (MD & Chairperson), Kuniamuthur Nanjappan Anand (Executive Director), and three Non-Executive Independent Directors: Nikita Sinha, Ritu Tiwari, and Moonam Kapoor.

The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have also been re-formed with significant independent director representation.

These changes streamline corporate governance and oversight, aligning board structure with operational needs and investor expectations.
