The Board has announced significant leadership changes.

Ms. Komal Bairathi resigned as Company Secretary, Ms. Kajal Gopal Baldha stepped down as Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Kaushal Ameta resigned as an Independent Director.

Following review by relevant committees, the Board appointed Ms. Vidushi Pagare as the new Company Secretary, Mr. Bhanu Rank as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Gopalkumar Girdharbhai Ranparia as Managing Director.

Mr. Dilipkumar Gajanand Nikhare joins as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
