Rajgor Castor Derivatives announces a 1:1 Rights Issue of ~2.39 crore shares at Rs. 10 each, raising ~Rs. 23.92 crore.

Proceeds will fund Rs. 18 crore for working capital and Rs. 5.67 crore for general corporate purposes, bolstering operational growth.
