Ceigall India's Management Committee has approved creating security for a Rupee Term Loan and further equity investment in its Project SPV, Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited.

This SPV is undertaking the 48.10 Km "Indore Ujjain Greenfield highway" project.

The company, along with its wholly-owned subsidiary, will infuse INR 29.44 Crores as equity share capital into the SPV, holding 74% and 26% respectively.

This strategic approval provides critical funding for the development of this significant infrastructure project.
