Ceigall India's management committee approved a significant investment in Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, a project SPV.

The company will infuse INR 29.44 Cr in equity, securing 74% control, with its wholly-owned subsidiary holding the remaining 26%. This strategic move funds the construction of the 48.10 km Indore-Ujjain greenfield highway project under a Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM), boosting Ceigall's infrastructure development portfolio and expanding its presence in key road projects.
