Pritika Engg. boosts its balance sheet by converting 32 Cr promoter debt into 50,00,000 equity shares.

It's also raising 10.24 Cr from public investors via 12,00,000 equity shares and 4,00,000 convertible warrants, all priced at Rs. 64 each.
