Following the resignation of M/s. KPSJ & Associates, M/s SGAG & Co. has been appointed to fill the vacancy.

This appointment requires shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held virtually.

The Board also appointed a scrutinizer to ensure a fair voting process at the AGM.
