Prevest Denpro has announced its 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 17, 2026, at 12:30 PM via video conferencing.

Shareholders will receive the Annual Report for FY2025-26 electronically.

The Board, at its August 11, 2026 meeting, has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share, representing 10% of the face value, awaiting shareholder approval at the AGM.

This dividend will be subject to tax deduction at source and paid electronically.
