Tirupati Starch & Chemicals Limited has informed shareholders about the e-voting facilities for its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for September 21st.

Shareholders can cast their votes electronically via CDSL from September 18th (09:00 A.M.

IST) to September 20th (5:00 P.M.

IST). The company will hold the meeting both physically and through video conferencing.

The Register of Members will be closed from September 15th to September 21st.

Results will be announced within two working days after the AGM.
