Sri Chakra Cement Limited members have approved the re-appointment of Sri K Vijayulu Reddy Kaliki as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

This decision follows a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board.

Mr. Kaliki is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 40 years of experience, bringing valuable expertise to strengthen the company's board and corporate governance.

He also serves as an Independent Director and committee chairman in Aditya Spinners Limited.
