Awfis’ Q1 FY27 saw Revenue up 27% to INR425 crores, PBT up 135% to INR24 crores, and Cash EBITDA at INR44 crores (up 34%), with ROCE at 55%. FY27 revenue guidance is INR1,800 crores+ (Cash EBITDA INR190-200 crores). Operational capacity reached 159,000 seats.

Occupancy held at 76% despite a 3,000-seat enterprise exit, with replacements pre-committed at better pricing.

Growth drivers include strong GCC demand (24% rental revenue), premiumization via partnerships, and its integrated Transform business.

Management is confident, expecting H2 to outperform H1, projecting meaningful Q4 improvements.
