Record Date

Associated Alcohols & Breweries has set September 09, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend for FY2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 2.00 per equity share (20%). This dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming 37th Annual General Meeting.

If approved, the payout will happen after the AGM.
