Olympic Oil Industries Limited has notified members about its 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The meeting will be held virtually via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with no physical attendance options.

The company will circulate the AGM notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26 electronically, also making them available on its website and stock exchange platforms.

Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting before the meeting or during the AGM itself.
