NIKKI GLOBAL FINANCE has appointed two new directors to its Board.

Ms. Nehalben Vinodkumar Dharsandiya joins as an Additional Independent Director, bringing expertise in finance, accounting, and financial management.

Mr. Vinodkumar Manibhai Patel is appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, with experience in business development and strategic planning.

These appointments, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's proposal, aim to strengthen the Board's financial and operational oversight.

Both appointments are subject to future shareholder approval for regularization.
