Outcome of Board Meeting

ABS Marine's board has approved the appointment of Secretarial and Internal Auditors for FY27. They also approved the notice for the 33rd Annual General Meeting, appointed a scrutinizer for e-voting, and amended the Related Party Transaction (RPT) policy.
