Unitech International's Committee of Creditors (CoC) has approved crucial operational items following its 12th meeting.

The CoC ratified Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) expenses, approved professional fees for accountants to complete statutory compliances and financial statements, and greenlit the appointment of legal counsel for CIRP proceedings.

Additionally, a PCS firm was approved for statutory and secretarial compliances, along with the appointment of a statutory auditor.

These approvals ensure the company maintains compliance and operational continuity during its insolvency resolution.
