Company Update

Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Limited's shareholders have appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as the new Auditors for a five-year term, starting from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting.

For an orderly handover, Deloitte will initially serve as Joint Auditors alongside Nayan Parikh & Co. until the 43rd AGM.

Post this, Deloitte will become the sole Auditor until the 47th AGM.

This change in audit firm is crucial for the company's financial oversight and governance, ensuring a seamless transition in its audit function.
