P H Capital's board has approved significant leadership changes.

Mr. Aditya Himmat Bhansali resigned as CFO to take on the role of Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Suyog Dhavan, bringing 15 years of experience in equity investment management, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer.

Separately, Ms. Simran Agarwal resigned as Company Secretary, with the company set to appoint a replacement.
