Roopshri Resorts Limited has scheduled its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 11 at 3:30 PM, to be held virtually.

This allows shareholders to participate and discuss company affairs.

Electronic voting will be available from September 7 to September 10, enabling investors to cast their votes remotely.

The cut-off date to determine voting rights is September 4, and the company's share transfer books will be closed from September 4 to September 10 for the AGM's purpose.
