Key Corp Limited has appointed Mr. Yogesh Yashpaul Chadha and Mr. Devesh Srivastava as Independent Directors.

Approved by shareholders via postal ballot, both appointments are for five-year terms, effective 15th July, 2026. Mr. Chadha brings 37 years of financial service experience from major banks, while Mr. Srivastava is a former Chairman & Managing Director of General Insurance Corporation of India.

These experienced additions are set to significantly enhance the company's board and corporate governance.
