Shah Foods Limited shareholders have approved all ten resolutions proposed in a postal ballot.

Key approvals include the appointment of Mr. Anuj Jalan as Chairman and Managing Director for three years, and Mr. Raj Kumar Jalan as Executive Director.

Three Independent Non-Executive Directors (Ms. Pragati Goel, Mr. Giri Raj Parashar, Mr. Shivam Gupta) and one Non-Independent Non-Executive Director (Mr. Daivik Jalan) were also appointed.

Other significant approvals cover advancing loans/guarantees, a material related party transaction with Tandhan Power Technologies Private Limited, a change in the company's name, and the shifting of its registered office from Gujarat to West Bengal.
