Vivanza Biosciences has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. via video conference.

The company has dispatched the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to shareholders.

Remote e-voting will be available from September 8, 2026, 9:00 a.m. to September 10, 2026, 5:00 p.m., with September 4, 2026, as the cut-off date for voting eligibility.

Shareholders who e-vote remotely can attend the AGM but cannot vote again, providing clear options for participation.
