Sandu Pharmaceuticals has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via video conference.

Shareholders can participate and vote on all resolutions using a remote e-voting system, with an additional option for e-voting during the meeting.

The Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 and the AGM Notice are available on the company website and stock exchange platforms.

Eligibility for voting and any declared dividend will be determined based on shareholdings as of a specified record date.

The company's share transfer books will be temporarily closed for the AGM and dividend processing.
