Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited (ARCIL) has taken possession of 28 secured properties from defaulting borrowers.

After issuing demand notices, and with borrowers failing to repay, ARCIL proceeded to take physical possession of these immovable assets.

The total outstanding amount across these properties is approximately ₹19.83 Crore.

This action aims to recover dues by exercising powers granted under the applicable framework.

The public is advised against transactions involving these assets, which remain charged to ARCIL for the outstanding amounts plus interest and expenses.
